Do Not Disturb My Comments AI – Spam-Check Service Last updated: 09-28-2026
These terms cover the free spam-check service (“the Service”) used by the Do Not Disturb My Comments AI WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”). The Service is run by Chidiebere Chukwudi (“we”, “us”). By choosing “Built-in service” in the Plugin’s settings, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does When a visitor leaves a comment on your site, the Plugin sends the comment to the Service. The Service asks Jev, an AI model by TypeSafe AI running on Cloudflare, how likely the comment is to be spam, and sends back a score. The Plugin uses that score to block or approve the comment.
2. It’s free, with a fair use limit The Service is free. Each website can have up to 20 comments checked per minute. Comments over the limit aren’t lost. They go through your normal WordPress moderation instead. We may change this limit to keep the Service running fairly for everyone.
3. Acceptable use You may only use the Service through the Plugin, to check comments on websites you run. You must not:
- call the Service from anything other than the Plugin, or use it for anything other than checking comments
- try to get around the fair use limit, overload the Service, or break its security
- send content that’s illegal where you or your visitors are
We may block any site or server that breaks these rules, without notice.
4. No guarantees AI can be wrong. The Service can mark a real comment as spam, or let spam through. It’s provided “as is” and “as available”, with no promise that it’ll always be online, fast or accurate. If the Service can’t be reached, the Plugin falls back to your normal WordPress moderation.
5. Changes and shutdown We may change, pause or stop the Service at any time. If we plan to stop it for good, we’ll try to announce it in the Plugin’s changelog first. You can always switch the Plugin to your own Cloudflare account instead.
6. Your responsibilities You’re responsible for your own website, your comment policy, and telling your visitors that comments are checked by an outside service. The Plugin’s readme includes the details to put in your privacy policy.
7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage caused by using the Service. That includes blocked or approved comments, downtime, or lost data. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you is zero.
8. Third parties The Service relies on Cloudflare and TypeSafe AI. Their own terms also apply:

9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and if you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new terms.
